DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS RACIST COMPANY!!

This is a formal complaint regarding the disgusting racial profiling I received today in one of your stores. I entered the store in the mall and saw some nice clothes I wanted to try on. As I navigated through the store, I placed items on my arm to start to get ready to try them on in the fitting rooms. I continued to walk around the store. When approaching one checkout desk, a worker received a phone call and she then turned around to look at me and said OH OK. Then whilst still on the phone, she asked me if I wanted to try the clothes on or if she can take them off me and hold them back. I said no I am fine and still looking around yet. As I walked off I heard her saying to the person on the phone YES I WILL, DONT WORRY. Which was a clear indication of what was said - most likely KEEP AN EYE ON HER. Anyways I ignored the pathetic workers and continued to walk around. Upon arriving at another checkout point, no one was standing at the desk, but the phone rang. So to my suspicion, I stood around and waited for someone to come over and answer the phone and see what was said. My suspicion was confirmed. After the worker came over and answered the phone she said OH OK and put the phone down whilst partly looking towards my way. She then turned around quickly and said DO YOU NEED ANY HELP. To my frustration, I said this to her: No I do not need help but it is awfully suspicious how at every checkout point someone is calling the phone, and then the worker is asking me if I need help just because I have clothes in my hands to try on. NOT ONE OTHER PERSON WAS TREATED THIS WAY OR ASKED THIS QUESTION IN MY VIEW. I then said to her I feel uncomfortable in this shop with people watching and following me. I dumped the clothes on her hands and said I will no longer shop here and spend my hard-earned money on this racially discriminating experience. She lied to me and said her manager called to drop something off. So all that to say you will email me back trying to apologize or make excuses but this is going to be taken much higher - absolutely disgusting service - racially profiled as I was the only Asian person in the store. Get ready for a court case, it is all on camera.

Terrible that there is not a manager to be found in the store. Awful customer service. I have been waiting 45 minutes to speak with one. I will never shop here again.

Racism

I was shopping at Dillards today I took some shoes to pay at the jewelry cashier, I paid for the shoes and was about to leave, and this "police officer" approached me accusing me of stealing, HE IS A RACIST HE HAD NO RIGHT TO STOP ME, He just had nothing to say and didn't even apologized for his mistake, IM CALLING THE MEDIA FOR THIS SITUATION, SO RACIST

Pricing Practices and Poor Policies, DILLARDS Cheats Customers

BEWARE DILLARDS dishonest practices. I was so excited to receive my online bag purchase, only to be extremely shocked to see that I had overpaid for the bags by 20%. When I called CS they said that is their policy and nothing can be done.
Dillards ships items from their stores that have price tags on them that are 20% less than the online prices. Customer service contends that the online price cannot be adjusted; however the stores are selling the exact same bag for 20% less. If they are going to maintain a practice that unfairly charges the customer they should change the price tags to reflect the online price before sending out the product. Their practices overall are shady and inconsistent. Such as the policy that a proof of purchase return tag must be on the bag to return it. The bags arrived today by FE. Of the bags I purchased only 2 of 6 were sent with that tag attached. So does this mean they are going to refuse a return because they forgot to attache the tags? Overall, I find this store to be shady and dishonest. They need to learn a little about sales and CS from Macy's.

Buyers and employees beware

As a former employee, I was instructed to utilize target marketing. Basically racial profiling in which discrimination is encouraged. Poor management and the store manager is not professional. As an employee you were instructed to do other things I felt was unprofessional towards the public. This happened with several employees at the alabama spanish fort store.

No return/exchange even though sizes are not actual sizes!

I ordered quite of few items on their website and the sizes were not at all normal sizes that are listed. I requested an exchange due to none of the items fitting and they would not exchange. I spent over $800 in their store this week also. Will NEVER Shop there again! Terrible customer service not even corporate would assist. DO NOT USE ONLINE AT ALL SIZES ARE INCORRECT!!!

Because 0 isn't an option

Customer service in pineville location is so terrible the only way to get attention is to look suspicious. Last time I make a trip in this store for a purchase. Customer service associates would rather stand in front of you adjusting a rack than say hello hi can I help you nothing. The worst bunch of employees I ever been around. It's a ghost town til they think your suspicion. No morals no empathy no sales from my pocket book.
